Why a multi-station rig makes commercial sense.

A multi-station rig replaces 4 to 8 standalone selectorised machines with a single integrated unit. For a gym owner paying rent per square metre, the arithmetic is direct — one rig occupying 6–12 m² delivers the same exercise library as standalone machines that would need 20–40 m². That freed-up floor space goes to free weights, cardio, or simply a less crowded training environment.

For smaller facilities — hotel gyms, corporate fitness rooms, boutique studios — a single 5-station multi-gym can be the entire selectorised floor. Multiple members train simultaneously on different stations, and the cable routing keeps movement paths clear. That means a50 m² room can offer lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable crossovers, triceps pushdowns, and leg curls without filling the space with standalone machines.

Installation is straightforward. Each rig ships assembled in sections, bolts together on site, and anchors to the floor. The weight stacks are pre-installed and the cables are pre-routed — the installer connects sections and tensions cables. A 5-station unit is typically operational within a day.

Every multi-station rig uses the same frame tube, powder coat, and component quality as the standalone cable and selectorised machines. The warranty covers frame, cables, pulleys, and weight stacks separately — because they are genuinely different maintenance profiles.

Where it works

Built for these floors

Independent gyms

A multi-station rig fills the selectorised zone in a compact footprint, freeing floor space for free weights and functional training areas.

Hotel and corporate fitness

One 5-station rig can be the entire machine area of a hotel gym. Multiple members train simultaneously without needing a row of standalone machines.

Leisure centres and council gyms

High-throughput facilities benefit from multiple stations in one unit — less floor space occupied, more members served, fewer individual machines to maintain.

Military and first responder facilities

Space-efficient strength training for rotating cohorts. A single 8-station rig replaces an entire selectorised line in a compact footprint.

Production lines

Two lines, one floor

Each line addresses a different training need. Frame finish and upholstery colour-match across all lines — your floor looks unified regardless of the mix.

FRAME line
4 MODELS

TB series (4 models). 4-station, 5-station, 5-station compact, and 8-station multi-gyms. The core multi-station range — rectangular tube frames, multiple independent weight stacks, and cable-based stations.

SPAN line
3 MODELS

TF series (3 models). 5-station, 5-station compact, and 8-station multi-gyms in an oval tube frame profile. The same station configurations as the FRAME range in a distinctive frame aesthetic.

FAQ

The station count is the number of independent training positions. A 5-station rig allows 5 people to train simultaneously on different exercises. An 8-station rig serves 8. Each station has its own weight stack, so users do not wait for each other.

A 4-station rig needs approximately 6–8 m². A 5-station rig needs 8–10 m². An 8-station rig needs 12–16 m². Compare that to the 20–40 m² you would need for the same number of standalone selectorised machines.

Lat pulldowns, seated rows, cable crossovers, triceps pushdowns, biceps curls, chest press, leg curls, and more — depending on the station configuration. Each rig is a combination of cable-based stations, each with its own weight stack and pulley system.

Each rig ships in sections, assembled at the factory. On site, the installer connects sections, tensions cables, and anchors the frame to the floor with M12 bolts. A 5-station unit is typically operational within a day. No specialist tools beyond standard socket wrenches and cable tensioning equipment.

80 kg and 100 kg stacks depending on the station. Larger rigs (8-station) use a mix of both — 80 kg for upper-body stations and 100 kg for leg and compound stations. The stack configuration is listed per model in the specification sheet.

Same station configurations, different frame profile. FRAME (TB series) uses rectangular tube. SPAN (TF series) uses an oval tube profile. The station layout, weight stacks, cables, and exercise options are identical — the choice is aesthetic. Both share the same powder coat finish and warranty terms.

Any RAL colour, matched to your brand. A custom colour run needs a minimum of 6 units. Standard finishes have no minimum. See the finishes page for the palette.

60 days from confirmed order to the rig leaving the production line, plus 5–10 working days for European delivery. We build to order — nothing is sitting on a shelf.

A 4-station rig starts around €5,000 delivered DDP. A 5-station rig lands between €6,000and €8,000. An 8-station rig runs €10,000to €14,000. Send the floor plan for a real quote — pricing depends on the exact configuration and delivery location.
